Rule 6.18 of the Colorado Real Estate Commission requires every real estate broker to disclose the existence of an Affiliated Business Arrangement to the consumer receiving a referral of settlement services at or prior to the time the referral is made, and to all parties to a covered transaction prior to or at the time of executing a Contract to Buy and Sell. Rule 6.18.A requires each broker to use a RESPA-compliance disclosure form when making the disclosure.
Zumbrennen Law’s Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Form is RESPA compliant and may be used to make appropriate disclosures under Rule 6.18.
The Affiliated Business Disclosure form does not include periodic updates.
